Job description

The Older People Care Unit has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Secretary to join our team.

The role is for a permanent position.

The successful candidate will be an experienced professional secretary with a flexible approach and the ability to prioritise and work on their own initiative.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Undertaking office duties such as diary management and message management
  2. Facilitating meetings, investigations, and disciplinaries
  3. Accurate minute-taking and timely submission of minutes
  4. Managing diaries, updating and maintaining schedules, and ensuring conflicting or amended appointments are appropriately actioned
