Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Legal PA to join a modern law firm based in Nottingham City Centre. This role is full-time, permanent, on a hybrid basis (2 days in office). The initial pay is £16/hr for 3 months, with potential for permanent employment.

The duties include:

  1. Supporting client care and handling basic queries
  2. Managing document production, checking for accuracy and formatting
  3. Handling client calls and messages
  4. Coordinating meetings, interviews, and training with internal teams
  5. File opening and closing
  6. Monitoring key dates and ensuring compliance
  7. Organising internal and external events
  8. Managing diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements
  9. Maintaining spreadsheets
  10. Collaborating with internal teams for information gathering
  11. Arranging photocopying, printing, couriers, letters, and faxes
  12. Receiving instructions via digital dictation
  13. Assisting with billing processes

The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience, preferably within education, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
