Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced senior pricing practitioner, with specific experience in the UK general insurance personal lines motor market, to join WTW as a senior consultant within WTW's Personal Lines Pricing team. You will join our UK and Ireland general insurance practice within the wider Insurance Consulting and Technology (“ICT”) division, to help us grow and develop our pricing advisory capability. You will work alongside some of the market’s top thought leaders designing and implementing innovative solutions to the pricing and underwriting challenges faced by the UK’s leading general insurers and intermediaries.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering top-tier pricing and underwriting capability and process reviews
• Designing pricing analytics and developing effective models, tools, and processes using data science techniques
• Supporting underwriting approaches aligned with client portfolio management strategies
• Developing sophisticated MI and portfolio management capabilities
• Collaborating across teams to develop cutting-edge personal lines pricing solutions

The Role

• Building and promoting a market profile as a representative of WTW’s pricing consulting services and solutions
• Managing workstreams within large projects, communicating with clients, and overseeing daily operations
• Collaborating across projects and managing priorities and resources effectively
• Establishing trusted advisor relationships with clients through effective communication and high-quality work
• Engaging in diverse tasks to maintain and develop technical, managerial, and client skills
• Interfacing with colleagues across specialties and regions to address broader business challenges
• Contributing to the development and market deployment of the company’s intellectual capital
• Developing and presenting proposals to clients, demonstrating value
• Building internal relationships and collaborating on cross-functional teams
• Potentially serving as a line manager or mentor to junior staff
