Job description

We are currently recruiting for a growing Insurance Brokers company, seeking to expand their team in Eastleigh with three additional personal lines brokers due to business growth. They are eager to hear from candidates with motor or household insurance experience, gained through sales, broking, customer service, or claims.

These roles involve working with both existing clients and new business opportunities.

As a leading insurance provider for clients with standard or non-standard home and motor insurance needs, you will need to be confident in dealing with high net worth individuals and clients with complex insurance requirements. Clients may own luxury cars such as Ferraris, McLarens, and Porsches, as well as kit cars, modified vehicles, motorhomes, or vintage cars. Daily tasks include negotiating and sourcing insurance from top UK providers for clients with properties that may have had flooding, high sums insured, subsidence issues, or overseas holiday homes.
