Job summary

CKB Recruitment is assisting a rapidly growing independent insurance broker near Banstead in recruiting an Insurance Account Handler. The role covers both commercial and personal lines and involves transferring client data from Open GI to Acturis, managing renewals and policy administration, and building strong client relationships.

You will take ownership of an established book of business, support the integration of an acquired book and work with insurers to negotiate terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance account handling and commercial lines.
• Strong knowledge of Acturis required; Open GI experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own an established book of commercial and personal lines clients.
• Support integration of acquired business.
• Transfer client data from Open GI to Acturis and ensure accuracy.
• Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy admin.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and quote terms.
• Prepare renewal presentations and policy documentation.
