Responsibilities
  • Ensure clients have suitable insurance cover and provide professional advice, quotations, and service.
  • Support business growth and align with strategy by generating new customers and communicating and collaborating with other departments and executives.
  • Adhere to Group Broking Procedures for renewals, post-processing, and documentation, maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare and check risk registers, agendas, and reports, ensuring all documentation is reviewed before issue.
  • Previous experience as an Account Handler within the insurance industry
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Personal Lines insurance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
