We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised and committed Personal Learning Coach (PLC) to join our successful team to provide cross college support for students. In addition to this the successful candidate will ideally have a track record in working with students, have an understanding of barriers to learning and strategies to support with this. PLCs also offer support with time management, workload, well being and where to get additional support if required. This role is term time only and salary is pro rata'd.

  • Provide cross college support for students and assist with time management, workload, wellbeing and guidance on where to access additional support if required.
