Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a claimant team in Poole. You will handle a varied caseload from instruction through settlement and trial, with opportunities to work on clinical negligence matters and develop your career.

The role requires 2–5 years' PQE in claimant PI, strong negotiation and client-handling skills, and a pragmatic, commercial approach to case management. Salary up to £60,000 DOE, Dorset location.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a claimant Personal Injury caseload.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Injury litigation and Civil Procedure Rules.
• Excellent communication and client handling abilities.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to case management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of claimant matters from instruction to settlement and trial.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout their claim.
• Assess liability, prospects and potential settlement outcomes.
• Prepare pleadings, witness statements and other legal documentation.
• Conduct negotiations with insurers and other parties.
• Progress matters efficiently in line with targets.
• Collaborate with medical experts, counsel and third parties.
• Mentor junior colleagues and trainees.
