Personal Injury Solicitor (Defendant), 3+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £50,000+ (DOE) – Are you an experienced defendant personal injury solicitor looking for a new challenge? This leading firm is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our highly regarded team in Birmingham. Specialising in defendant casualty work, including both injury and non-injury cases. JOB REF:9276.

THE ROLE:
As part of this growing team, you will take on a diverse caseload covering a wide range of complex matters, including:
• Casualty & Public Sector claims
• Utilities cases
• Employer’s Liability (EL) & Public Liability (PL) claims
• Product Liability cases

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients at inquests.
• Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently.
• Experience in defendant casualty work
• Proven experience managing a broad range of claims, including EL/PL, utilities, and product liability
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle a varied caseload
• An excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
