A Personal Injury Solicitor is wanted for an excellent re train opportunity with a Top 100 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

My client is an award winning, national law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Personal Injury or Fraud Solicitor who is looking to re train to undertake Advocacy work.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Solicitor with personal injury litigation experience.
• Willing to retrain to specialise in advocacy with training provided.
• Desire to progress through Higher Rights course with firm support.

Aufgaben

• Undertake advocacy and drafting on general personal injury work.
• Handle CMCs, CCMCs, directions hearings, Stage 3 and infant settlement hearings.
• Provide advisory support within PI/ Fraud matters as retraining progresses.
