Job description

PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, EAST SUSSEX, SALARY £50-60K (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join the dynamic Personal & Clinical Injury team at this leading law firm, offering hybrid working along with a competitive salary and benefits package - JOB REF: 215300675

The appointed candidate will be dealing with a variety of high-value and complex claimant matters, with a particular emphasis on personal injury and clinical negligence cases, providing expert advice to a diverse client base on sensitive issues.

• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, reporting directly to the head of department, while also supporting partners and senior fee earners in this busy practice.

• Previous experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence law is essential for this role. The position will also involve elements of inquest work and claims under the Human Rights Act.

• Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to the firm's marketing initiatives and provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members.

• You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative team, so it is important that you are enthusiastic, adaptable, and a strong team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of client care.
