Personal Injury / Serious Injury Solicitor - Sussex (National Firm)

An established and highly regarded law firm with a national presence is looking to recruit a talented NQ - 5 years PQE, Personal Injury / Serious Injury Solicitor to join its growing team in Sussex. This firm has a strong reputation for handling complex, high-value claims and is recognised for its supportive culture, excellent training, and commitment to client care. You will be part of a team that advises on a wide range of serious injury matters, including catastrophic injury, brain and spinal injury, and fatal accident claims.

The Role

• Manage a caseload of complex and high-value serious injury and personal injury matters.
• Work closely with senior lawyers on multi-million-pound cases.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, with a focus on rehabilitation and long-term support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, medical experts, and counsel.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (circa NQ - 5 years PQE) with experience in personal injury, ideally serious or catastrophic injury claims.
• Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in complex litigation.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
