Job summary

Law Staff Ltd in the UK is seeking a senior solicitor to lead a Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team handling catastrophic injury claims from instruction to settlement.

You will provide expert client-focused advice, supervise and mentor peers, ensure compliance with SRA guidelines, and drive business development through referrers while upholding the firm’s people-centred culture and flexible hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling serious and catastrophic injury claims.
• Experience leading a team or function and developing others.
• A strong appreciation of the core legal process in serious/catastrophic injury claims.
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to recognise sector developments and adapt to client needs.
• Excellent client care skills with the ability to manage complex and competing demands.
• Strong understanding of data security, confidentiality and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the management of catastrophic injury claims from instruction through to settlement.
