Multi track RTA work – Manchester – to £52,000 - Personal Injury – 1 PQE +

Legal Executive or Solicitor - Manchester

We are looking to speak to talented Solicitors or Legal Executives with proven motor injury experience. The successful candidate will be handling technical, sometimes complex multi track work, so ideally the Partners are looking for previous multi track experience, though they will also consider those with a fast track background.

• Previous experience: Solid litigated RTA injury experience. Multi track experience is preferred but the Partners have made it clear they will also consider fast track experience.

More about the multi track RTA team

This is quite a niche team dealing with a small number of key insurer clients of the firm. The successful candidate will be in a fantastic opportunity to hone their litigation skills in a supportive team. They will also get the opportunity to develop relationships with the clients and gain valuable experience dealing with them day to day.

In terms of values and levels of complexity, the cases can vary in value, but tend to be around the £150,000 to £250,000. They can also involve certain elements relating to the facts of the case that may add an extra level of complexity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on a caseload of Multi Track Motor claims. You will have you own caseload as well as assisting on more complex, high-value matters.
• Drafting courts documents such as pleadings.
• Preparing instructions to counsel and experts and attending and advising in conference.
• Analysing complex medical evidence where required.

The team acts for a number of the firm’s top clients including national brands operating in the logistics and leisure sectors.

The role offers hybrid working and excellent opportunities to develop in the team.
