RTA Personal Injury Paralegal

One of Scotland's premier Law firms is determined to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal to join its team in Kirkcaldy on a full-time permanent basis.

More about the day to day:

• The role involves a large client focus where you’d be expected to investigate cases at pre-litigation stage
• Collect evidence and support principal fee earners in case preparation
• You will manage a variety of complex, specialised cases related to RTA files
• Given the sensitive nature of these cases, you are expected to approach them with care, sensitivity and empathy
• Preparing and drafting a variety of legal documents
• Taking statements from witnesses
• Investigating claims
• Reviewing medical records

• Do you have previous experience in general or specialised personal injury law, civil litigation or come from a commercial litigation background?
