About the Role:
As a Paralegal in our clients’ Non-Accidental team, you will play a vital role in handling complex, sensitive cases.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Investigating cases during the pre-litigation stage.
2. Gathering and analysing evidence with accuracy and empathy.
3. Supporting principal fee earners in preparing legal documents and reports.
4. Managing client interactions and maintaining clear, professional communication.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury or similar fields.
2. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing your own caseload.
3. A genuine ability to handle cases with care and sensitivity.
4. Knowledge of litigation, historical abuse claims, or CICA processes as well as a qualification in Reparation Paralegal work is desirable but not essential.
