Job summary

G2Legal Chester is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner to join its claimant personal injury team on a hybrid basis. You will manage your own caseload of admitted fast-track RTA claims, taking ownership of quantum assessments and settlement strategy, with file progress via the OIC portal.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' PI experience, a solid understanding of CPR and fixed costs, and a proactive approach within a supportive firm that values development, performance and client

A renowned and established claimant personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner to join its growing team in Chester.

As the successful candidate, you will manage your own caseload of admitted fast-track RTA claims through the OIC portal, taking ownership of quantum assessments, negotiations and settlement strategy. You should have 2-4 years' personal injury experience, hands-on OIC knowledge and a good understanding of the CPR and fixed costs regime.
