Personal Injury Paralegal – Bristol (Hybrid)

Chadwick Nott are instructed on an excellent opportunity for an experienced personal injury Paralegal to join a national law firm in their claimant injury team in Bristol.

You'll be managing a diverse mix of personal injury claims, including those involving vulnerable road users - cyclists, pedestrians, motorcyclists and cases involving minor to moderate head injuries. If you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and know your way around the MOJ Portal, we want to hear from you.

Hybrid Working

This role offers a blend of office and remote work. You'll be based in our Bristol office two days a week, with the flexibility to work from home the rest of the time.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Running your own caseload of personal injury claims efficiently and independently
  • Handling claims up to £25,000, both within and outside the MOJ Portal
  • Navigating pre- and post-litigation stages using our case management system
  • Communicating with clients, insurers, experts, and solicitors
  • Attending weekly risk assessment meetings
  • Managing client expectations and resolving complaints in line with company policy
  • Maintaining high standards of service delivery
What You'll Bring
  • Solid experience managing claimant personal injury cases
  • Strong grasp of MOJ Portal procedures and Fast Track claims
  • Confident in litigation and liability investigations, especially in road traffic cases
  • Familiarity with case management systems
  • Ability to meet strict service level agreements
  • Excellent communication-written and verbal
  • Legal qualifications (Law degree, CILEx or equivalent) are a plus but not essential
