The role as a Personal Injury Claims Handler
- Managing a caseload of Personal Injury Claims submitted through the MOJ & OIC portals.
- Collating medical evidence, carrying out an investigation and liaising with relevant 3rd parties involved in the process.
- Making decisions on liability and keeping the policyholders updated.
- Negotiating settlements with suppliers and 3rd parties.
- Identifying potential fraud risks.
