We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our Personal Injury and Motor Litigation team, on a full-time and permanent basis. This position can based from either central Bromley or Leeds offices.
The role
Reporting to Head of Operational Performance & Strategy, you will lead and inspire the PersonaI Injury and Motor Litigation Department, comprising of solicitors, legal executives and paralegals, in the delivery of effective outcomes for all non portal personal injury and motor related litigation for the business. You will manage the department to ensure an efficient, profitable and effective operation providing exemplary customer service to the clients of the business.

Home Working: 3 days from home / 2 days from Bromley or Leeds office
