I’m currently recruiting for a respected national law firm, ranked in the Legal 500, with a strong presence in Bradford. The firm has an opportunity for a Defendant Personal Injury Litigator to join its growing team. You will be responsible for handling a caseload of predominantly fast track Defendant Employer’s Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) claims, with occasional low-value multi-track matters. The work is varied, mainly retail-focused and spans litigation from commencement through to trial, with some pre-litigation handling where necessary.
You’ll be supported by a modern case management system and a strong supervisory structure, allowing you to focus on quality legal work in a collaborative and professional environment.
