Our client is a reputable personal injury firm with offices across the country. They are currently recruiting a Personal Injury Lawyer into their Liverpool office. A competitive salary and hybrid working structure are available and negotiable. The office is based in Liverpool city centre, is easily accessible by public transport and has nearby parking.
Your new role
This Personal Injury Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of litigated and non-litigated RTA and EL/PL/OL files valued up to £100,000. You may also be asked to deal with fixed fee and portal RTA claims, including uninsured MIB claims. This role will require you to attend CMCs, conferences and hearings when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor or CILEX with previous experience running your own litigated personal injury caseload. There is the possibility of retaining for this role for successful RTA lawyers. Previous experience of fast and multi-track claimant RTA fee earning is essential. Fast and multi-track EL/PL/OL experience is beneficial.
