The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years PQE and relevant court litigation experience. Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lawyer to join this leading law firm. The firm specialises in accident claims and is currently seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer to join its busy practice in Edinburgh.

The successful candidate can expect to handle a wide range of personal injury matters including employment liability claims, RTA and public liability claims. Key tasks will include:

  • Preparing and conducting cases thoroughly ensuring the ingathering of all requisite evidence.
  • Delivering a level of Client Care in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Maximising income per case through recovery of damages to include hire, repairs, recovery and storage.

The team is keen to hear from candidates with court litigation experience and an understanding of Court of Session and Sherriff Court procedures. Good knowledge of credit hire would also be beneficial. The ideal candidate for this role will have between 2-4 years’ PQE.
