William James Recruitment is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner in Liverpool to manage a varied caseload of litigated Fast Track RTA and EL/PL claims. The role involves handling files in line with CPR, progressing matters to deadlines, and delivering strong client communication within a busy PI team.

The successful candidate will have proven experience with RTA/EL-PL files, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach.

As the Personal Injury department continues to grow, the firm is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload of litigated Fast Track claims.
