My client has an excellent opportunity for aspiring paralegals/case handlers who already have some experience working within the area of credit hire or who have experience of handling MOJ portal claims or reviewing medical records and progressing cases.
This is a role that can be performed remotely on a regular basis and will be based out of my client’s Leeds office.
The successful candidate will handle a caseload of Part 8 cases which have been litigated. It is essential that candidates applying for this role have previous case handling experience either in a defendant or claimant focused role within personal injury. Candidates can expect this role to be a full "360" role with real client engagement and the opportunity to take the lead on matters and further improve skills in drafting court documents and gaining exposure to the litigation process. It is also essential that applying candidates have a good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
The salary range for this role is between £22,750 - £23,750. However, there are realistic opportunities for further development and progression in short time periods which will lead to further increases in salary. This role offers a significant amount of remote working which reduces travel costs (candidates will need to be based within a commutable distance of Leeds City Centre).
