Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a very well established and respected personal injury team who are regularly instructed on cases involving catastrophic injuries.

This role will involve having sole conduct of MOJ Portal for Fast track Employers Liability/Public Liability claims and to a lesser extent Road Traffic Accident files from inception to settlement.

In addition, there will be opportunities to gain valuable experience through assisting Partners and Associates with high value multi-track work.

Key requirements

Excellent knowledge of MOJ portal and the DCP

Strong experience of successfully managing a mixed Employers Liability/Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident case load

Well-developed client care and communication skills

Ability to work independently and pro-actively
