Personal Injury Claims Handler | £23.6k to £30k | Bolton

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of Personal Injury and Motor Claims (including Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage), managing claims from first notification through to settlement.
• Investigate liability, liaise with solicitors and insurers, and handle more complex files such as high-value or disputed cases.

Requirements

• Motor or PI claims handling experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage caseloads effectively
• Comfortable working with computer systems and different departments
• CII qualification or willingness to work towards it (fully supported)
• Minimum Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
