Job Description:

We are seeking a Personal Injury Claims Handler to join our expanding team in Manchester. The role involves handling motor personal injury claims, managing injury claims within a personal authority amount, validating policy indemnity, managing Third Party Property Damage (TPPD), processing claim payments, and proactively managing incoming correspondence through various channels.

The position offers a hybrid working model: one day in the office per week after training, with the rest from home. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexibility available.

Ideal candidates will have experience with the OIC portal, handling injury claims, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. The role offers a competitive salary up to £30,000, depending on experience, along with career progression opportunities and benefits.
