JOB REF: KH0924

Working with a individual who suffers from chronic systematic arthritis and is wheelchair bound.

Responsibilities include helping with household tasks, assisting with parental duties for a child, personal care, medication management, skin integrity, and regular observations once trained.

36 hours per week, from 9am to 9pm, on a set rota:

• Week 1: Mon, Tues, Weds
• Week 2: Thurs, Fri, Sat

Sometimes working on a 2:1 basis with other team members.

Full complex care training provided. Care experience is essential, along with a full clean driving license to operate a Motability car for hospital visits and outings. A genuine passion for care and a good sense of humor are desirable. Experience with learning disabilities or autism is an advantage. The household includes three affectionate dogs.

Benefits include full employment contract, pension scheme (if eligible), 5.6 weeks annual leave, a full enhanced DBS check (if not already on the update service), access to a blue light card, and pay at £12.50 per hour.
