• Assist advisers with diary management, client administration and ongoing client support.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support the delivery of financial wellbeing and wealth management services.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels, providing a professional and high‑quality service.

The Role

About You

• Professional, personable and client‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
• Competent using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Previous financial services experience through internships, placements or part‑time work would be beneficial but is not essential.
