• Act as initial point of contact for clients seeking financial guidance and support.
• Speak with employees and individuals regarding pensions, investments, savings and company share schemes.
• Support clients with queries relating to their personal financial circumstances.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls following financial education sessions and seminars.
• Assist advisers with diary management, client administration and ongoing client support.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support the delivery of financial wellbeing and wealth management services.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels, providing a professional and high‑quality service.
• Assist with portfolio and investment‑related administration.
• Build strong and lasting client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
