Job Description:

Mode Search is partnering with a renowned luxury fashion brand to support the search for a highly organised and discreet Personal EA to a senior executive within the business.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in London, reporting into the lead EAs, this position is focused primarily on personal support, while requiring regular coordination with the wider professional team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Role

• Provide high-level personal support to the executive, acting as a trusted right hand
• Manage a fluid and busy personal schedule, coordinating appointments, family logistics, and lifestyle admin
• Oversee all travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, transfers, and itineraries for both personal and family travel
• Liaise with household staff, service providers, and contractors to ensure smooth running of the home
• Handle errands, gifting, wardrobe coordination, and general day-to-day requests
• Organise private events, dinners, and holidays, ensuring all logistics are managed end-to-end
• Work closely with the lead EAs to maintain alignment between personal and professional schedules
• Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and ensure every detail is handled with care and confidentiality

Requirements

• Strong background as a Personal EA, ideally within a high-profile, creative or luxury environment
• Highly discreet, trustworthy, and experienced handling sensitive personal matters
• Impeccable organisational skills with a calm, proactive approach
• Confident managing household logistics and liaising with domestic staff
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a warm yet professional manner
• Adaptable, intuitive, and comfortable with last-minute changes or requests
• London-based and fully available to work in-person
• Happy working within a wider EA team and reporting into senior EAs
