Neal is a 28-year-old man living independently in Auchterarder who requires support to enjoy his life. He is recruiting Personal Development Workers (support workers) to join his team.

Neal uses British Sign Language to communicate, so the ability to communicate using BSL would be advantageous, but a willingness to learn is essential (training will be provided).

Neal enjoys an active lifestyle: swimming, horse riding, walking, trampolining, and occasional running. He loves being outdoors and enjoys spending time with animals.

Neal requires support 24/7, so some waking nights and sleepover shifts may be necessary.
