Hi, I am Donald, living in Scone, Perthshire. I am recruiting for 2 Personal Development Workers to join my team and help me live my good life.

People who know me say I am intelligent, thoughtful, considerate, courteous, and curious. I am also kind, fun-loving, and passionate about the outdoors.

I enjoy outdoor activities like running, cycling, walks on the beach or countryside, and swimming. At home, I like playing cards, board games, doing jigsaws, arts & crafts, cooking, and baking. I am good at chess, enjoy reading, singing, and engaging with my community and family.

I need support to live my life to the fullest. I am looking for honest, kind, emotionally mature team members who can offer calm reassurance and guidance. You should be active, adventurous, and have a 'get up and go' spirit to make the most of each day.

Support will be needed during the day, evening, and overnight. Knowledge of autism is a plus but not essential; training will be provided. A full driver's license is advantageous.
