Personal Development Coach

37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time)

£26,587 per annum actual salary

Do you have the energy, empathy, and drive to inspire young people? We are seeking an experienced Personal Development Coach who understands the social, emotional, and academic pressures faced by learners today. In this role, you will be required to develop and deliver engaging group sessions, guide students in setting SMART goals, and provide one-to-one support to help them overcome barriers to success. You'll encourage resilience, confidence, and wellbeing, while motivating learners to take part in enrichment activities that broaden their horizons.
