Blusource, an established accountancy practice in Loughborough, seeks a Personal Tax Professional to handle Self-Assessment tax returns for diverse clients and manage deadlines. The role offers flexibility to work part‑time or full‑time and provides a broad exposure to personal and company tax work.

You will liaise with clients, support Corp Tax and year-end accounts, and work closely with the tax team to ensure compliance and timely delivery. A strong client service focus is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Self-Assessment tax returns for a varied portfolio of individuals, sole traders and company directors.
• Manage personal tax deadlines and ensure returns are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with Companies House Confirmation Statements for a portfolio of limited companies.
• Support the preparation and submission of Corporation Tax returns.
• Assist with year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Liaise with clients to obtain information, answer queries and resolve outstanding matters.
• Work closely with the accounts and tax team to meet client deadlines and compliance requirements.
