We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experiencedPersonal Care Workerfor AM and PM shifts in our 90-bed Residential facility. For those who show empathy, treat those as they want to be treated, and can engage our residents to participate in activities, this job is for you. Not only will you have the support of an enrolled and registered nurse on both shifts, but we also have lifestyle assistants throughout the day.

About You:

  • A Minimum of Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Individual Support, Bach/Dip of Nursing or completed first-year study towards it.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a memory support within aged care
  • Must be available on weekdays
  • Demonstrated competency in delivering excellent care to residents with complex care needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to read care plans
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Great team player who demonstrates client-focused behaviour
  • Shows empathy and treats others with dignity and respect
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
