About this role

We are currently looking for Personal Care Workers to join our community where our residents are at the heart of our care. Working alongside dedicated professionals, you will help provide high-quality care tailored to each resident’s physical, spiritual, social, and cultural needs.

• Assist residents with daily activities, participate in developing and reviewing care plans, and report health changes to the Registered Nurse.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment, maintaining residents' dignity and privacy.

What you can bring to the team

We seek caring, empathetic, and flexible individuals with aged care experience. You should be passionate about elder care, enjoy building relationships, and work well with others.

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
• Solid experience in aged care.
• Willingness to work various shifts across a 7-day week.
• Current National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain one.
