Job Description:

JOB REF: RM0120

I am looking for a Personal Assistant / Carer to join my support team. Previous experience in supporting individuals with epilepsy and/or seizures, and promoting independence is desirable.

My condition impacts my mental and physical health, requiring support and supervision with personal and healthcare needs daily.

When well, I enjoy hobbies such as visiting the cinema, going to the gym, and outdoor activities.

You will receive:

  • £9.00-£10.50 per hour depending on experience
  • A pension
  • 5.6 weeks per year pro rata
  • Full certificated training on all aspects of the role

Hours available:

  • Part-time roles, generally mornings from 6.00am and evenings until 10.00pm, to be discussed at interview
  • Additional hours may be available during holidays and sickness

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting individuals with epilepsy and/or seizures is desirable
  • Assist with personal care as needed
  • A full driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Support with meal preparation, medication, transport, home duties, and social appointments
  • Enhanced DBS check, paid for by the employer
