Job description

Ask Jules are recruiting on behalf of our client, a university student at the University of Warwick, who is looking for a like-minded individual to join his care team to provide personal care and independent living support.

Start: ASAP

Rota: 7 days on / 7 days off (Rotating - Day shifts, then night shift the following week)

Location: Uni of Warwick (CV4 7AL)

Pay: £170 per day = £1,190 per week worked

Free accommodation whilst on shift.

Holidays: 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata

About The Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference in somebody else's life. Our client is confident in his ability and lives in student accommodation with the support of like-minded individuals to assist him with:

Care experience is not required as full training in our client's particular requirements will be provided.

About Our Client

Our client has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and as a result, is a full-time wheelchair user. He relies on the assistance of dedicated caregivers to maintain his independence and well-being. This young individual has a great sense of humour and is not looking to be mothered by his PA's. The client will let you know if and when he requires assistance. Your responsibilities will encompass every aspect of daily life to ensure his comfort and quality of life.
