Position: Female Care Assistant for 43-year-old male with disabilities - 25 hours per week, £13.45 per hour - Southmead Bristol - BS10
We are seeking a Female Care Assistant to support a gentleman with generalized Dystonia. He resides in his own home with his 73-year-old father and a Labrador dog.

He uses a wheelchair and has limited mobility at home. The role involves assisting with:
Personal Care: washing hair, helping with shoes and socks, emptying bedroom commode, as he cannot access the downstairs toilet.
Transport at Home: assisting with transferring in and out of wheelchair, using bedroom lifts, and stair lift in the home.

Domestic Duties: laundry, cleaning, cooking meals, preparing medication, shopping, and errands.

Physical Assistance: helping with walking bars, leg stretching exercises, wearing foot splint and back brace.

Location: Southmead, Bristol
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Gross Pay: £13.45 per hour, employed

Additional Benefits: Pension contributions and holiday pay for 6 weeks of annual leave
