UKCIL Ltd is recruiting a Personal Assistant to support an active individual in Pontefract (WF7) on a 24-hour fortnightly shift from Thursday 7:00 AM to Friday 7:00 AM. The role offers £17.25 per hour and comprehensive training before independent shifts.

The ideal candidate will be non-smoker with a full UK driving licence, comfortable driving a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, punctual and reliable, and able to follow established routines with calm, respectful communication.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with spinal cord injury / hoist care is a plus, but full 1:1 training will be provided for the right person.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

I am an active, independent individual with a spinal cord injury living in Featherstone (WF7). I am looking for a reliable, dedicated Personal Assistant to join my small, supportive team.

The position involves a regular 24-hour continuous shift every two weeks, from Thursday 7:00 AM to Friday 7:00 AM, with the potential to extend hours or cover additional shifts in the future.

HOURLY RATE: £17.25 / hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
