Eminence Home Care is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team in Portsmouth. You will support clients at home with daily living activities, follow care plans, and document accurately while delivering compassionate care.

The role offers $19.00–$22.00 hourly rate based on experience, a $500 sign-on bonus, and benefits including Paid Time Off and travel time reimbursement. Join us to help clients maintain independence and comfort at home.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Eminence Home Care is looking for talented Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our amazing team!

$500 SIGN ON BONUS

As aPersonal Care Assistant, your main focus will be ensuring our clients are safe, feel supported, and are able to remain at home by providing assistance with everyday needs. This involves following individualized care plans, reporting any significant changes promptly, and consistently demonstrating care and compassion during every interaction. The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience in the home care, healthcare, and/or customer service industry.

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

You will:
