Job Overview

I am a disabled man living in St Neots, near Cambridge, looking for someone who is available to provide care in my home and support me at work.

Working Hours

You will be required to work 36-42 hours per week as part of a team of 6 PA’s. You’ll share holidays and sickness cover too.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide personal care including washing, showering, dressing, toileting, and positioning/turning in bed.
2. Cook a variety of meals and help look after my home.
3. Assist at work and travel to workplaces throughout the country for meetings, events, collaborations, and team socials.
4. Provide assistance for shopping, social activities, and sporting events.

Requirements

Training will be provided in all aspects of my care and requirements, including manual handling techniques. I require individuals who can drive, live within a 30-mile radius of St Neots, and have few commitments at home.

Compensation

Pay ranges from £12.50-£16.50 based on capabilities, experience, and progression in the role.
