Personal Care Assistant for a young person 35 hr/wk@ £13.00/hr in Margate - FTE - £25.4k - Marg[...]

This position is for a personal assistant for a young lady who has learning disabilities and can present challenging behaviours at times.

The position is for a full-time personal assistant. You need to be flexible; shifts are 8am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pm.

You will be working on a one-to-one basis, with two ladies living in the house, therefore two members of staff on at all times. A driver is a requirement as a car is available for use (car is automatic). Personal care is required, and an enhanced DBS is necessary. A female PA is preferred.

There are already seven staff working at the house on a rota basis. The rota is on a four-week rolling basis, with three shifts per week.

Pay rate is £15.00 per hour. You will accrue annual leave based on the hours worked, and shadow shifts will be provided. Please contact me for more details.
