Personal Care Assistant for a young man P/T AM & PM @ £12.40/hr in wakefield - WF3 - Wakefield - WF3

We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to assist a sociable young man with complex needs and sensory impairments. The position requires availability for 4 mornings from 7:15 AM to 8:45 AM and evenings from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with all activities and personal care routines.
2. Administering medication.
3. Meal preparation.

Experience in moving and handling is desirable, but full training will be provided.

These shifts can be split into either 8-hour or 6-hour posts. There is also availability for occasional Saturdays at an enhanced rate of £15.44 per hour to assist with social outings (usually a 4 or 5-hour timeslot with hours to be agreed).

This is a permanent position.
