Location: Supporting in the local community

The role focuses on helping increase independence, confidence, and social inclusion by supporting to access community activities and pursue interests.

Person Specificatio'n

The successful applicant will:

• Be friendly, patient, and approachable.
• Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Have experience of supporting individuals with complex medical conditions and be willing to learn about our client's specific needs.
• Have an interest in gaming and community-based activities.
• Be reliable, flexible, and able to adapt plans when required.
• Be committed to promoting independence and person-centred support.

Additional Information

The role is initially offered at 4 hours per week, with flexibility around support times depending on activities and events. There may be an opportunity to increase the number of hours following a successful trial period.
