Person SpecificationThe successful applicant will:

• Be friendly, patient, and approachable.
• Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Have experience of supporting individuals with complex medical conditions and be willing to learn about our client's specific needs.
• Have an interest in gaming and community-based activities.
• Be reliable, flexible, and able to adapt plans when required.
• Be committed to promoting independence and person-centred support.

Additional Information The role is initially offered at 4 hours per week, with flexibility around support times depending on activities and events. There may be an opportunity to increase the number of hours following a successful trial period.
