Job Description

I am a 31-year-old man with Congenital Cerebral Palsy and a severe learning disability. I live independently in Prudhoe with my care team. I am looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join my healthcare team in a rewarding, family-oriented environment. We are hiring both part-time and full-time Personal Assistants (PAs), including bank staff for holidays and sickness cover.

Hours and Support

I require 1:1 support 24/7 and 2:1 community access support. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends, scheduled on a rota.

Training

No prior care experience is necessary; training will be provided. You will work under supervision until full healthcare training and competencies are completed. The role begins once your enhanced DBS check is received (cost covered by employer).
