Job Description:

My name is Evie, and I am 10 years old. I have significant learning disabilities and mobility impairments, but I love dancing, watching TV, and eating cake! I enjoy singing and giggling with people.

I cannot say many words and walk with support of a K-frame or with an adult. I also use a wheelchair for longer trips.

I need help with all aspects of daily life, including feeding, dressing, personal care, and mobility, especially in the afternoons and early evenings after school on Thursdays (5pm-8pm). I love swimming (at SNAPS in Meanwood), horse riding (East Keswick), and going to the cinema on weekends.

You would:

• Support me to get dressed and use the toilet
• Support me to eat
• Accompany me to activities like the cinema, park, music shows, picnics
• Sing with me!

Other information:

• Experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors is preferred
• We live in the LS14 area.
